The embodiment of the invention discloses a lightweight integrated aerial ladder fire truck high-altitude working platform leveling hydraulic system which is characterized in that an additive manufacturing shell is connected with a motor through a motor interface, a gear pump gear assembly and the shell are integrated, and a motor shaft and a gear pump extending shaft are connected through a motor pump penetrating hole; the shuttle valve, the one-way valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve and the overflow valve are connected with the shell through a first shuttle valve connector/a second shuttle valve connector, a one-way valve connector, an electromagnetic reversing valve connector and an overflow valve connector respectively, and the oil tank and the shell are integrally designed and directly communicated with the ninth flow channel and the eleventh flow channel. And the tenth flow channel is connected with the pressure measuring joint to monitor the pressure of the system in real time. The additive manufacturing technology is applied to the leveling hydraulic system of the aerial ladder fire truck high-altitude working platform, light-weight treatment and element fusion design are adopted, high integration of power and control parts of a shell of the leveling hydraulic system is achieved, low-pressure-loss forming design reduces installation faces and sealing faces, and the leakage risk is reduced.

    本申请实施例公开了一种轻量集成云梯消防车高空工作平台调平液压系统,该系统由增材制造壳体经由电机接口与电机相连,齿轮泵齿轮组件与壳体一体集成,通过电机轴与齿轮泵伸出轴通过电机泵穿孔相连,梭阀、单向阀、电磁换向阀、溢流阀分别通过第一梭阀接口/第二梭阀接口、单向阀接口、电磁换向阀接口、溢流阀接口与壳体连接,油箱与壳体一体化集成设计,并直接与第九流道,第十一流道联通;通过第十流道与测压接头连接,实时监测系统压力。本发明将增材制造技术应用于云梯消防车高空工作平台调平液压系统,其轻量化处理和元件融合设计,实现了调平液压系统壳体动力和控制部分的高度集成,低压损成形设计减少了安装面和密封面,降低了泄漏的风险。
