The invention discloses a design method for a leveling hydraulic system of an aerial work platform of an aerial ladder fire truck. The method comprises the following steps: determining the use condition of the leveling hydraulic system of the aerial work platform of the aerial ladder fire truck; the additive manufacturing technology is applied to multi-element integrated fusion design of the leveling hydraulic system of the aerial ladder fire truck high-altitude working platform, targeted lightweight treatment and element fusion design are conducted, and high integration of a shell power part and a control part of the leveling hydraulic system is achieved; and the opening direction of the cavity and the directions of a flow channel and a suspension structure are redesigned according to the forming characteristics of additive manufacturing, the weight and pressure loss of an integrated assembly are greatly reduced, and the method has important significance on light weight and integration of a leveling hydraulic system of a high-altitude working platform of an aerial ladder fire truck.

    本发明公开了一种云梯消防车高空作业平台调平液压系统的设计方法,该方法通过确定云梯消防车高空工作平台调平液压系统使用工况;本发明将增材制造技术应用于云梯消防车高空工作平台调平液压系统多元件一体融合设计,进行了针对性的轻量化处理和元件融合设计,实现了调平液压系统壳体动力和控制部分的高度集成,并根据增材制造的成型特点对腔体开口方向和流道、悬垂结构方向进行了重新设计,大幅减少集成组件重量和压力损失,对云梯消防车高空工作平台调平液压系统轻量化与集成化有重要意义。
