The invention provides an AC charging pile detection circuit comprising a voltage following circuit which inputs a control guide signal which is from an AC charging pile and forms positive and negative voltage of a PWM signal when the AC charging pile is connected with an electric vehicle through the control guide circuit, a voltage following signal obtained after voltage following is carried out on the control guide signal is output; and the voltage division sampling circuit is used for performing voltage division on the voltage following signal output from the voltage following circuit, and outputting different voltage division sampling signals with positive voltage values obtained by voltage division so as to be sampled by a controller of the alternating current charging pile.
