The invention relates to the field of automobile transportation, in particular to equipment, which can more accurately convey grinding materials to a contact area between a driving wheel and a supporting surface under different driving conditions, increases traction force between the driving wheel and the supporting surface, is more reliable in design, reduces the consumption of the grinding materials and improves the production efficiency. And the requirement on the particle size distribution of the grinding material is low, and the usability is improved. The apparatus comprises: an abrasive storage tank (1); the abrasive supply device is designed to be capable of controlling the supply amount of the abrasive and is provided with a screw rod (2) and a discharge port (3) arranged at the lower part of the equipment; and the protective cover (4) covers the discharge port and can be opened or closed in response to an external signal.
