The invention discloses a clamping force estimation method for an electromechanical brake system without a force sensor. A brake information acquisition module, an electromechanical brake evaluation calculation module, a brake disc contact point detection module and an electromechanical brake system clamping force estimation module are included. The purpose of the invention is to accurately estimate the electromechanical braking clamping force of the force-free sensor through a braking information acquisition module, an electromechanical braking evaluation calculation module, a brake disc contact point detection module and an electromechanical braking system clamping force estimation module.
