The invention discloses a clamping force correction method for an electronic mechanical braking system. The clamping force correction method comprises the steps that S1, estimated clamping force on four wheels is obtained in the vehicle braking process; s2, estimated clamping force deviation detection is carried out to determine that the estimated clamping force has overall deviation or left-right deviation; and S3, the estimated clamping force of the wheel needing to be corrected in the estimated clamping force of the four wheels is recognized in a single-shaft braking mode and corrected. By means of the method, the phenomena that longitudinal deceleration and expected deviation of the whole vehicle are too large due to the large clamping force estimation error and the whole vehicle generates unexpected yawing can be eliminated, so that the influence caused by the clamping force estimation error is reduced, and the reliability of a pressure-sensor-free scheme is improved; according to the method, the estimated clamping force can be corrected in real time according to the dynamic state of the whole vehicle; dependence of an electronic mechanical braking system on a force sensor can be eliminated, possibility is provided for closed-loop control of clamping force under the condition that no force sensor exists, installation is convenient, and meanwhile cost is greatly saved.

    本发明公开了一种电子机械制动系统的夹紧力修正方法,包括:S 1,车辆制动过程中获取四个车轮上的估算夹紧力;S2,估算夹紧力偏差检测以确定估算夹紧力存在整体偏差或者左右偏差;S3,采用单轴制动的方式识别出四个车轮的估算夹紧力中需要修正的车轮的估算夹紧力并进行修正。通过该方法可消除估算夹紧力误差大导致的整车纵向减速度和预期偏差过大,以及整车产生非预期横摆的现象,从而降低估算夹紧力误差带来的影响,提高了无压力传感器方案的可靠性;该方法可根据整车动态对估算夹紧力实时修正;可摆脱电子机械制动系统对力传感器的依赖,在无力学传感器的情况下为夹紧力的闭环控制提供可能,方便安装的同时大大节约了成本。
