The invention discloses a rigidity-adjustable fuel filling butt-joint locking mechanism which comprises a support, a filling connecting shaft and four locking mechanisms, the four locking mechanisms are fixed to the four side walls of the support respectively, and the filling connecting shaft is perpendicularly inserted into the support and located in the middles of the four locking mechanisms. The locking mechanism comprises a stepping motor, a worm, a worm gear, an elastic clamping mechanism and a four-bar mechanism, the stepping motor is connected with the worm, the worm and the worm gear are in meshing transmission, the elastic clamping mechanism comprises a base, a spring and a locking head, the four-bar mechanism is connected with the worm gear, an electromagnet is arranged on the base, a magnet is arranged in the locking head, and the spring is connected with the locking head. An annular groove is formed in the middle of the filling connecting shaft, and the radian of the front end of the locking head is the same as that of the annular groove. According to the butt-joint locking mechanism for fuel filling, when fuel conveying is conducted on different satellites, the fuel conveying mechanism can be locked and released, the butt-joint position can be adjusted and corrected, and the clamping phenomenon in the butt-joint process is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种可调刚度的燃料加注对接锁紧机构,包括支架、加注连接轴、锁紧机构,四个锁紧机构分别固定在支架的四个侧壁上,所述加注连接轴垂直插入支架内且在四个锁紧机构的中部位置,所述锁紧机构包括步进电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、弹性夹紧机构与四杆机构,所述步进电机连接蜗杆,蜗杆和蜗轮啮合传动,所述弹性夹紧机构包括底座、弹簧与锁紧头,所述四杆机构连接蜗轮,所述底座上设有电磁铁,锁紧头内部设有磁铁,所述加注连接轴的中部设有环形凹槽,所述锁紧头前端与环形凹槽的弧度相同。本发明所述的燃料加注对接锁紧机构,可以在不同卫星进行燃料输送时,对输油机构进行锁紧、释放以及对接位置调节与矫正,防止对接中发生卡死现象。
