The invention relates to a pressure relief device, comprising: a door plate fitted to a pressure relief opening of an engine nacelle; the pivoting device is used for supporting the door plate in a hinged manner so as to allow the door plate to pivot between an open position and a closed position relative to the pressure relief opening; and an elastic locking device disposed between the door panel and the support structure, the elastic locking device comprising: a bearing member having an elongated shape and a first end fixed to one of the door panel and the support structure; and an elastic winding device fixed to the other of the door panel and the support structure, the second end of the bearing member being wound via the elastic winding device to bias the door panel toward the closed position and being able to bypass to allow the door panel to move toward the open position. According to the arrangement, the impact load peak value when the pressure relief door is opened is obviously reduced, and the structural safety of the engine is improved. In addition, the invention further relates to an engine nacelle and an aero-engine comprising the pressure relief device.
