The invention relates to an urban riding traffic flow prediction method and system, and the method employs a limit gradient lifting model to predict the traffic flow of shared bicycles in a stable epidemic situation period, and comprises the steps: carrying out the data preprocessing of the station information of shared bicycle stations in a target urban space, and obtaining a data preprocessing result; constructing a Thiessen polygon buffer area with a preset size based on the preprocessed information; meteorological factors, epidemic factors and urban space factors in the Thiessen polygon buffer area are collected and processed to obtain meteorological indexes, epidemic variables and urban space factor indexes; a data set is constructed based on meteorological indexes, epidemic variables and urban space factor indexes, a limit gradient lifting model is input, shared bicycle travel traffic flow prediction is output, and the system is used for implementing the method. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of high prediction speed, high prediction precision, accurate fitting of a nonlinear relation, reflection of spatial heterogeneity and the like.

    本发明涉及一种城市骑行交通流量预测方法及系统,其中,方法利用极限梯度提升模型对疫情平稳时期的共享单车交通流量进行预测,包括:将目标城市空间内共享单车站点的站点信息进行数据预处理,基于预处理后的信息构建预设大小的泰森多边形缓冲区;采集泰森多边形缓冲区中的气象因素、流行病因素和城市空间因素,进行处理获取气象指标、流行病变量和城市空间因素指标;基于气象指标、流行病变量和城市空间因素指标构建数据集,并输入极限梯度提升模型,输出共享单车出行交通流量预测,所述的系统用于实现上述的方法。与现有技术相比,本发明具有预测速度快、预测精度高、准确拟合非线性关系并反映空间异质性等优点。
