A method of manufacturing a vehicle frame body (34, 44, 70), the method includes: a placement process of placing a reinforcing member (30, 42, 60) at a portion of a frame member (12, 40, 50), the portion being located in a length direction of the frame member (12, 40, 50) and within the frame member (12, 40, 50), the frame member being a single member having an elongated shape and configuring a chamber structure; and, after the placement process, a bending process of bending the frame member (12, 40, 50) at a placement region of the reinforcing member (30, 42, 60), causing reaction force to be generated by the reinforcing member (30, 42, 60) against the frame member (12, 40, 50) undergoing cross-sectional deformation, and pressure-joining the reinforcing member (30, 42, 60) to the frame member (12, 40, 50).
