An infant carrier device 1 includes a carrier 10, a supporting frame (20, fig1) an adjusting engaging component 31 and a locking mechanism 40. The carrier includes a frame 11, a base 14, a connecting portion 142 fixed on a side of the base, and a fixing component 113 fixed on a side of the frame and pivoted to the connecting portion. The adjusting engaging component 31 is installed on the supporting frame and pivoted to the fixing component. The base is rotatable relative to the fixing component 113 for switching the infant carrier device between a bed mode and a seat mode. When the infant carrier device is switched from the bed mode to the seat mode, the connecting portion drives the locking mechanism 40 to move from a locking position where the fixing component is locked to a releasing position, such that the fixing component is rotatable relative to the adjusting engaging component for adjusting an angle of the carrier.
