PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications partner selection system which enables both keyless entry system and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) to share a wireless communication device loaded on a vehicle by switching between them at a proper timing, and to provide a vehicle body side communication device.SOLUTION: An ECU 1 selects with which of a wireless key 3 and a sensor unit 6 a wireless communication part 12 carries out wireless communication by making a determination that is a proper combination of four conditions: an operational state of a shift lever 22, an actuation/release state of a parking brake 23, an engine operational state of a vehicle 100, and a result of authentication processing with the wireless key 3. For example, the ECU 1 carries out wireless communication with the wireless key 3 for a keyless entry system when an operational state of a shift lever 22 is parking, or the engine is out of operation, and carries out wireless communication with the sensor unit 6 for a TPMS when an operational state of the shift lever 22 is other than parking, and the engine is in operation.
【課題】適切なタイミングでキーレスエントリシステム及びTPMSの切り替えを行って、両システムで車両に搭載された無線通信器を共用することができる通信相手選択システム及び車体側通信器を提供する。【解決手段】ECU1は、シフトレバー22の操作状態、パーキングブレーキ23の作動/解除状態、車両100のエンジンの動作状態及び無線キー3との認証処理の結果の4つの条件を適宜に組み合わせた判定を行うことによって、無線通信部12が無線キー3又はセンサユニット6のいずれと無線通信を行うかを選択する。例えばECU1は、シフトレバー22の操作状態がパーキングであるか、又は、エンジンが動作していない場合に、キーレスエントリシステムのため無線キー3との無線通信を行い、シフトレバー22の操作状態がパーキング以外であり、且つ、エンジンが動作している場合に、TPMSのためにセンサユニット6との無線通信を行う。【選択図】図2
