PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a self-lock in a normal-open valve used as a shutoff valve in a by-wire brake.SOLUTION: A differential pressure detection part 201 detects differential pressure on the basis of detection values of first and second hydraulic pressure sensors Pp, Pm. A shutoff pressure setup part 202 sets shutoff pressure that is maximum differential pressure enabling a master cut valve 60a (60b) to close. A comparison part 203 compares between the differential pressure detected by the differential pressure detection part 201 and the shutoff pressure set by the shutoff pressure setup part 202. In a case where the state of the former being larger than the latter continuing for a given period of time or more in the comparison, a backup control part 204 performs backup control. That is, in the case where the state of the former being larger than the latter continues for the given period or more, an operation of a motor 72 is decreased than in the case of otherwise, thus stopping a power supply to cause the master cut valve 60a (60b) to open.

    【課題】バイ・ワイヤ・ブレーキで遮断弁として用いる常開弁においてセルフロックが発生するのを防止する。【解決手段】差圧検出部201は、第1液圧センサPp、第2液圧センサPmの検出値に基づいて差圧を検出する。遮断圧設定部202は、マスタカットバルブ60a(60b)が閉弁可能な最大差圧である遮断圧を設定する。比較部203は、差圧検出部201で検出した差圧と、遮断圧設定部202で設定する遮断圧とを比較する。この比較で、前者が後者より大きな状態が所定時間以上継続した場合は、バックアップ制御部204が、バックアップ制御を行う。すなわち、前者が後者より大きな状態が所定時間以上継続した場合は、そうでない場合よりも、モータ72の作動を低減し、通電を停止してマスタカットバルブ60a(60b)を開弁させる。【選択図】図3
