PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively locate a duct for an intake system and a heat exchanger in an engine room structure of a mid ship vehicle.SOLUTION: An engine room structure of a mid ship vehicle 1 has: an engine room 3 provided on a rear part of a vehicle; left and right vent holes 23L, 23R provided on both sides of a front part of the engine room; an engine body 31 which is so located that a crank axis A extends in a longitudinal direction; an intake system 33 having an intake port 41 which is located on one side in a longitudinal direction of the engine room and in the front of the engine body; a super charger 43; an inter-cooler 44 which is located laterally the outer side in a longitudinal direction of the engine body; a cooling air duct 70 which has a cooling air inlet 71, which is located on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the engine room and in the front of the engine body, and supplies cooling air to the inter-cooler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
