PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device for a tire which can suppress plastic deformation of a band member due to tire heat even when performing high-speed travelling such as 300 km an hour with a high-speed travelling tire and can fully exhibit a noise reduction function even upon such high-speed travelling, and to provide a pneumatic tire provided with the noise reduction device.SOLUTION: A noise reduction device for a tire includes a sound absorbing material made of porous material and a band member formed in an annular shape for fitting the sound absorbing material onto a tire inner surface. Therein, the band member is constituted with a thermoplastic resin, a heat-resistant reinforcing layer is fixed on the band member, the continuous band member is wound around the whole circumference of the heat-resistant reinforcing layer, a through-hole is disposed on the neighborhood of both edge parts in the circumferential direction of the heat-resistant reinforcing layer, and a heat-resistant reinforcing layer restraint member is joined with the band member through the through-hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高速走行用タイヤで、時速300km以上などの高速走行をしたときであっても、タイヤの熱によるバンド部材の塑性変形を抑止することができ、そうした高速走行のもとでも騒音低減機能を十分に発揮することができるタイヤ用騒音低減装置と、該騒音低減装置を備えた空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】多孔質材料からなる吸音材と、該吸音材をタイヤ内面に装着するための環状に形成されたバンド部材とを備えたタイヤ騒音低減装置において、前記バンド部材を熱可塑性樹脂で構成するとともに、該バンド部材に耐熱性補強層を付設し、該耐熱性補強層は、連続した前記バンド部材を全周巻き回し、かつ該耐熱性補強層の周方向の両端部付近に貫通孔が設けられ、該貫通孔を通して耐熱性補強層係止部材が、前記バンド部材と接合されてなることを特徴とするタイヤ用騒音低減装置。【選択図】図1
