PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle hydraulic control device capable of improving the startability of an electric oil pump and appropriately handling failure related to starting failure of the electric oil pump.SOLUTION: The vehicle hydraulic control device comprises: a mechanical oil pump (MOP) 18; an electric oil pump (EOP) 19; a first oil passage communicating the MOP 18 with an oil supply section; a second oil passage communicating the EOP 19 with the oil supply section; a merger section 42 where the first oil passage merges with the second oil passage; a first check valve 33 allowing oil to flow only in a discharge direction of the MOP 18; and a second check valve 40 allowing oil to flow only in a discharge direction of the EOP 19, a third oil passage 45 that bypasses the second check valve 40 and communicates the merger section 42 with EOP 19 is formed between the EOP 19 and the merger section 42, and a throttle mechanism 46 that restricts a flow amount of the oil discharged from the MOP 18 is provided in the third oil passage 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
