PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanized rubber composition for tire hardly generating problems of adhesive failure during molding and having reduced uneven structure of crosslink and a pneumatic tire using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a vulcanized rubber composition for tire obtained by manufacturing method including a mixing process of mixing a rubber component, metal oxide and carboxylic acid to prepare an unvulcanized rubber composition and a vulcanization process of vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber composition prepared in the mixing process to prepare the vulcanized rubber composition, where the metal oxide is practically unreacted in the mixing process, reaction rate of the metal oxide 5 minutes after initiation of vulcanization is 50 mol% or more in the vulcanization process and volume fraction φc of a part with concentrated crosslink derived from an uneven structure of the crosslink is 2.5% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None

    【課題】成形する際の接着不良の問題を生じることなく、架橋の不均一構造を減じたタイヤ用加硫ゴム組成物、及び該ゴム組成物を用いた空気入りタイヤを提供する。【解決手段】ゴム成分と、金属酸化物と、カルボン酸とを混練し、未加硫ゴム組成物を調製する混練工程と、前記混練工程により調製された未加硫ゴム組成物を加硫して加硫ゴム組成物を調製する加硫工程とを含む製法により得られたタイヤ用加硫ゴム組成物であって、前記混練工程において、金属酸化物が実質的に未反応であり、前記加硫工程において、加硫開始から5分後の金属酸化物の反応率が50モル%以上であり、架橋の不均一構造に由来する、架橋密な部分の体積分率φcが2.5%以下であるタイヤ用加硫ゴム組成物。【選択図】なし
