PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small flying object inexpensive and capable of stable flight.SOLUTION: A small flying object comprises an upper rotor 3 generating thrust by rotation, a lower rotor 6 provided lower than the upper rotor and rotating coaxially with the upper rotor in an opposite direction to the upper rotor, and an inertia balancer 12 connected to one rotor between the upper rotor and the lower rotor, that is lower in rotation speed when hovering, and rotating integrally with the one rotor. The inertia balancer compensates a difference between the angular momentum of the one rotor and the angular momentum of the other rotor during hovering.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
