PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve propulsion performance of a machine body which mounts thereon, an appliance having a projection part.SOLUTION: A diving machine is configured so that: an appliance installation area 6 provided as a recessed part on a lower surface side of a machine body 1, comprises an acoustic communication instrument 5a and an acoustic positioning device 5b respectively comprising a projection part p projecting from the surface of the machine body. A peeling flow formation part 7 is provided on a front side of the appliance installation area 6 on the machine body 1, and a bent part is formed on a boundary part where a rear edge of the peeling flow formation part 7 and a front edge of the appliance installation area 6 are connected. In a water flow from the front side of the machine body 1, a main flow f of the water flow which flows along the surface of the peeling flow formation part 7 is peeled from the surface of the machine body at the bent part, and is made pass outside of the projection parts p formed on the appliance installation area 6. Therefore, fluid resistance acting to the projection parts p can be significantly reduced with respect to fluid resistance when the main flow f of the water flow hits these projection parts p.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 突出部を有する機器を搭載する機体の推進性能の向上化を図る。【解決手段】 潜水機は、機体1の下面側に凹部として備えた機器設置領域6に、機体表面から突出する突出部pを有する音響通信機5aと音響測位装置5bが設けられる。機体1における機器設置領域6の前側には、剥離流形成部7が設けられて、剥離流形成部7の後縁と機器設置領域6の前縁が繋がる境界部分に、屈曲部が形成されている。機体1の前方からの水の流れの中で、剥離流形成部7の表面に沿って流れる水の流れの主流fは、屈曲部で機体表面から剥離させて、機器設置領域6に設けた突出部pの外側を通過させる。これにより、突出部pに作用する流体抵抗を、これらの突出部pに水の流れの主流fが当たるときの流体抵抗に比して大幅に低減させる。【選択図】図1
