PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision avoidance control device for a vehicle capable of more smoothly and more safely ending a collision avoiding control, when a vehicle driving operation has been performed by a driver or when the collision avoidance control device has failed.SOLUTION: A collision avoidance control device for a vehicle comprises, for example: a collision avoidance control part; an end determination part for determining, while a control is performed by the collision avoidance control part, if any one set of a plurality of ending conditions for different controls performed by the collision avoidance control part is satisfied or not, when a vehicle driving operation has been performed by a driver, or when a failure blocking the collision avoidance control part from performing normal control has occurred; and an end control part for controlling at least one of a brake unit and a drive unit so as to achieve a deceleration or acceleration corresponding the end condition set, if any, which is determined to be satisfied among the plurality of ending conditions, by the end determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
