PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure of a brake device for inhibiting vibration of a support member and wear of a fastening member caused by torque acting during braking action.SOLUTION: A support structure 5 of a caliper 32 of the invention comprises: a swing arm 15 rotatably supporting a rear wheel 16; a brake bracket 33 fixed to the swing arm 15; and a caliper 32 which is supported by the brake bracket 33 and applies a braking force to the rear wheel 16. The swing arm 15 has a contact surface 47 which contacts with the brake bracket 33 to receive a reaction force of braking torque transmitted from the rear wheel 16 to the brake bracket 33 through the caliper 32. The brake bracket 33 is fastened to the swing arm 15 by a bolt B extending in a direction perpendicular to the contact surface 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
