PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the swinging of a hull and to suppress a heel.SOLUTION: A hull 2 is provided with a swing-motion reducing device body 3 which is equipped with a guide rail 6 disposed in a lateral direction, a moving mass 8 movably attached to the guide rail 6 through a guide block 7, and a linear motor 9 for moving the moving mass 8 in the lateral direction. Furthermore, a swing-motion reducing device 1 is formed by being equipped with an oscillation sensor 4 of the hull 2, and a control device 5 of the linear motor 9. On a crane 13 on a ship, when a load 12 held by a spreader 17 is moved to a left side with a trolley 16, moment generated on the hull 2 by the mass and position of the trolley 16 and an article suspended from that is cancelled by control of the control device 5 which moves the moving mass 8 to a right direction. When the oscillation of the hull 2 is detected by the oscillation sensor 4, the moving mass 8 is reciprocated by the control device 5 while shifting a phase in regard to the oscillation of the hull 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 船体の減揺と共にヒールの抑制を図る。【解決手段】 船体2に、左右方向に沿って配置されたガイドレール6と、ガイドブロック7を介してガイドレール6に移動可能に取り付けられた可動マス8と、可動マス8を左右に移動させるリニアモータ9とを備えた減揺装置本体3を設ける。更に、船体2の動揺センサ4と、リニアモータ9の制御装置5を備えて減揺装置1を形成する。船上クレーン13にて、スプレッダ17に保持した荷12をトロリ16と共に左方向に移動させるときには、トロリ16とそれに吊られた物体の質量と位置によって船体2に生じるモーメントを、制御装置5により可動マス8を右方向に移動させる制御により相殺させる。動揺センサ4によって船体2の動揺が検出される場合は、制御装置5により可動マス8を船体2の動揺に対し位相をずらして往復移動させる。【選択図】図1
