PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain on a long-term basis, in an integrated valve applied to a heat pump cycle, an effect of suppressing heat transfer from a low-temperature refrigerant after passage through a fixed throttle to the liquid phase refrigerant before passage through the fixed throttle.SOLUTION: The inner wall surface of a body 140 forming a liquid-phase refrigerant passage 141a is covered with a cylindrical resin heat insulation member 51. A throttle 541 is formed in a throttle member 54 of the same material with the body 140, and a second heat insulation member 51 is insert-molded using the throttle member 54 as an insert. Since the throttle member 54 has the same material with the body 140, even if temperature near the throttle 541 changes, a gap between the outer peripheral surface of the throttle member 54 and then inner peripheral surface of the body 140 is kept constant. With this, the flow of a refrigerant sucked in to the throttle 541 side through the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the throttle member 54 and the inner peripheral surface of the body 140 is suppressed, and heat transfer from the low-temperature refrigerant after passage through the fixed throttle to the liquid phase refrigerant before passage through the fixed throttle is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】ヒートポンプサイクルに適用される統合弁において、固定絞り通過後の低温の冷媒から固定絞り通過前の液相冷媒への熱移動を抑制する効果が長期的に確実に得られるようにする。【解決手段】液相冷媒通路141aを形成するボデー140の内壁面を樹脂製の筒状の断熱部材51にて覆う。ボデー140と同一材質の絞り部材54に絞り541を形成し、この絞り部材54をインサート物として第2断熱部材51をインサート成形する。絞り部材54とボデー140は同一材質であるため、絞り541近傍の温度が変化しても、絞り部材54の外周面とボデー140の内壁面との隙間は一定に維持される。これにより、絞り部材54の外周面とボデー140の内壁面との隙間を介して絞り541側に吸引される冷媒の流量が抑制され、固定絞り通過後の低温の冷媒から固定絞り通過前の液相冷媒への熱移動が抑制される。【選択図】図11
