PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimization of a tire cross-section shape efficiently in a short time such that at least two tire performances satisfy target values from a standard tire cross-section shape of a standard tire.SOLUTION: A group consisting of a plurality of base tire cross-section shapes having different shapes with respect to a standard tire cross-section shape is defined, a change part of a shape from the standard tire cross-section shape of the base tire cross-section shape of the group is weighted and is linearly added and, thereby, a plurality of synthetic tire cross-section shapes are prepared. Tire performances of the tire provided with synthetic tire cross-section shape are estimated from the prepared synthetic tire cross-section shape. From an estimation result of the tire performances, optimization of the tire cross-section shape is performed within a range by setting a weighting coefficient of the base tire cross-section shape as a design variable. A group of new base tire cross-section shapes containing a tire cross-section shape originated from a Pareto solution prepared based on at least one of Pareto solutions obtained by the optimization is defined and, again, preparation of a synthetic tire cross-section shape, estimation of tire performances and the optimization of the tire cross-section shape are performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】基準タイヤの基準タイヤ断面形状から、少なくとも2つのタイヤ性能が目標値を達成するよう、効率よく短時間にタイヤ断面形状の最適化を行なう。【解決手段】基準タイヤ断面形状に対して形状が異なる複数の基底タイヤ断面形状からなる群を定め、この群の基底タイヤ断面形状の、前記基準タイヤ断面形状からの形状の変化分を重みづけして線形加算することにより、合成タイヤ断面形状を複数作成する。作成した合成タイヤ断面形状から、合成タイヤ断面形状を備えるタイヤのタイヤ性能を評価する。タイヤ性能の評価結果から、基底タイヤ断面形状の重みづけ係数を設計変数として、設定された範囲内でタイヤ断面形状の最適化を行なう。最適化で得られるパレート解の少なくとも1つに基づいて作成したパレート解由来のタイヤ断面形状を含む新基底タイヤ断面形状の群を定めて、再度、合成タイヤ断面形状の作成、タイヤ性能の評価、及びタイヤ断面形状の最適化を行なう。【選択図】 図1
