PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a video signal to be transmitted to a vehicle by using a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication device (20) is provided with: a function to receive a first video signal (VR) capturing one of a front view or rear view of a host vehicle (2), and a second video signal (VF) capturing the other, i.e. the opposite side of the first video signal (VR); a feature information acquisition unit (23) for, if the first video signal (VR) includes a first vehicle (3) different from the host vehicle (2), acquiring first feature information (N3) indicating a feature of the first vehicle (3) from the first video signal (VR); and a transmission unit (26) for associating the second video signal (VF) with the first feature information (N3) and transmitting it by radio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
