To provide a vehicle communication device capable of acquiring information from a passing vehicle.SOLUTION: A first communication device 101 is comprised of: a first camera 11 that images a second light emitting unit 25 that emits modulated light modulated in accordance with a second ID; a first control unit 12 that identifies a second ID based on the image of the second light emitting unit 25 imaged by the first camera 11; a first wireless communication unit 14 that acquires an image in front of a second vehicle 20 captured by a second camera 21 attached to a second vehicle 20 based on an identified second ID; and a display unit 15 for displaying the acquired image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
