PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering current estimation value of high reliability with no use of a current sensor.SOLUTION: In an engine control unit 51 provided at a control device 101 for a vehicle, a car speed, a steering angle, and an acceleration degree are inputted from a power steering control unit 52 through CAN53, and based on the steering angle and the car speed of the vehicle, a base current is calculated, and then, based on a battery voltage and the acceleration degree, a base current is corrected, and the correction result is estimated as a power steering current value, which is used for alternator control, engine control, or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
