PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire noise reduction device that can suppress breakage of a sound absorption material and damage at a tire inner surface due to friction among a band member, the sound absorption material and the tire inner surface and can improve high-speed durability performance, and to provide a pneumatic tire including the same.SOLUTION: The tire noise reduction device 6 includes the sound absorption material 7 formed of a porous material and the band member 8 to attach the sound absorption material 7 to the tire inner surface 5, the band member 8 being disposed between the sound absorption material 7 and the tire inner surface 5. The sound absorption material 7 includes chamfered parts C1, C2 on both surface sides of the width directional both end parts thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
