PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking vehicle travel control device that can detect occurrence of idling of a wheel and inhibit idling of a wheel, and to provide a walking vehicle including the same.SOLUTION: A walking vehicle travel control device includes: an idling detection part 2 for detecting occurrence of idling of a wheel; a torque command part 3 for calculating an idling inhibition torque required for inhibiting idling of a wheel when the idling detection part 2 detects occurrence of idling of the wheel; and a motor control part 4 for generating the idling inhibition torque calculated by the torque command part 3 in a motor 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
