PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hull fouling evaluation device and a hull fouling evaluation program capable of appropriately evaluating an extent of an impact of hull fouling on hull performance.SOLUTION: A control part of a hull fouling evaluation device functions: as roughness impact coefficient calculation means for calculating a roughness impact coefficient which is a value made dimensionless on the resistance based on the hull fouling of the hull resistance of a vessel, based on data by date and time for each date and time including operation information on the vessel at each of a plurality of dates and times collected from the vessel and the weather and hydrographic information on a vessel sailing sea area at each date and time, by executing a hull fouling evaluation program; and as fouling impact index value calculation means for calculating an average value of all roughness impact coefficients calculated by the roughness impact coefficient calculation means within a period of a predetermined range based on the calculation object date and time, and setting the average value as a fouling impact index value at the calculation object date and time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】船体汚損による船体性能への影響の程度を良好に評価することが可能になる船体汚損評価装置及び船体汚損評価プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】船体汚損評価装置の制御部は、船体汚損評価プログラムを実行することにより、船舶から収集された複数の各々の日時の船舶の運航情報と、各々の日時の船舶の航海海域の気象及び海象情報と、を含む各々の日時の日時別データに基づいて、船舶の船体抵抗のうちの船体の汚損に基づく抵抗に関して無次元化された値である粗度影響係数を日時別に算出する粗度影響係数算出手段と、算出対象日時を基準にした所定範囲の期間内において粗度影響係数算出手段により算出された全ての粗度影響係数の平均値を算出し、この平均値を算出対象日時の汚損影響指標値とする汚損影響指標値算出手段として機能する。【選択図】図2
