This report contains the results of an investigation conducted by the Naval Ship Research and Development Center (formerly David Taylor Model Basin) concerning the effects of hull fouling encountered during various full-scale trails. Measurements were made to determine the increase in powering requirements as days out of drydock increased. Data are presented for two frigates, a destroyer division, and a submarine. (Author)
