PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation vehicle capable of properly dealing with an abnormal change or problem regarding a driver and an occupant, while securing a safe driving by avoiding an accident.SOLUTION: An automatic operation vehicle comprises: a manual driving mode for performing a travel based on a driving operation by a driver; and an automatic driving mode for performing an autonomous travel. The automatic driving mode includes: navigation means for the automatic driving mode for supporting the autonomous travel up to a destination; storage means for storing destination information; and navigation start means for starting the navigation means for the automatic driving mode when switched from the manual driving mode to the automatic driving mode and setting the destination based on routing information stored in the storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
