PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly reduce the number of accidents related to vehicles.SOLUTION: An information processor comprises a determination unit determining whether or not a vehicle approaches an accident occurrence point. The information processor further comprises a notification unit notifying an alert message according to the property of the accident at the accident occurrence point, if the determination unit determines that the vehicle approaches the accident occurrence point. The information processor further comprises an analysis unit performing an analysis of the property of the accident according to accident history information at the accident occurrence point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
