PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle-parking device capable of achieving an inexpensive brake mechanism, short-time assembly and installation, and maintenance and repair with little time and cost as well as complete braking operations over a long term.SOLUTION: A bicycle-parking device 1, installed at a rear end of a bicycle-parking frame 2, includes: a rear side part 10a tilted toward backward; a front side part 10b formed to have a substantially same width; and a support part 10c formed into a cylindrical shape, and further includes: a guide plate 10 to be tiltable by being pivoted to the bicycle-parking frame 2; a sliding shaft 15 disposed at the rear end of the bicycle-parking frame 2, penetrating through the bicycle-parking frame 2 and sliding in a vertical direction against an elastic energizing force; and an abutting member 18 connected to a lower end of the sliding shaft 15 in addition to a braking mechanism 11 arranged to slide the sliding shaft 15 against an elastic energizing force by downward movement of the front side part 10b of the guide plate 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
