PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to evaluate the fuel consumption of a ship by taking the amount of a loading cargo and its transporting distance into consideration.SOLUTION: Loading capacity data acquisition means 21 generates loading capacity data indicating the dead-weight capacity of a ship using draft data indicating the draft of the ship. Navigating distance data acquisition means 22 generates navigating distance data indicating the navigating distance of the ship using position data indicating the position of the ship. Fuel consumption data acquisition means 23 generates fuel consumption data indicating the fuel consumption of the ship using flow rate data indicating the flow rate of the fuel flowing from a fuel tank to a propulsion engine of the ship. Calculating means 24 calculates the fuel consumption per unit amount of cargo and per unit distance corresponding to the fuel consumption of the ship when the ship transports the unit amount of cargo by only the unit distance, using the loading capacity data, the navigating distance data and the flow rate data. Output means 25 outputs information concerning the fuel consumption per unit amount of cargo and per unit distance calculated by the calculating means 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】船舶の燃料消費量を積載物の量及び輸送距離を考慮して評価することを可能とする。【解決手段】積載量データ取得手段21は、船舶の喫水を示す喫水データを用いて船舶の載貨重量を示す積載量データを生成する。航行距離データ取得手段22は、船舶の位置を示す位置データを用いて船舶の航行距離を示す航行距離データを生成する。燃料消費量データ取得手段23は、船舶の燃料タンクから推進機関へと流れる燃料の流量を示す流量データを用いて船舶の燃料消費量を示す燃料消費量データを生成する。算出手段24は、積載量データ、航行距離データ及び流量データを用いて、船舶が単位量の積載物を単位距離だけ輸送した場合の燃料消費量である単位積載量単位距離当たり燃料消費量を算出する。出力手段25は算出手段24により算出された単位積載量単位距離当たり燃料消費量に関する情報を出力する。【選択図】図4
