To provide an electric device cooling structure of a vehicle which effectively cools an electric device disposed in an engine room with travel wind taken into the engine room from an outer air intake opening of a front bumper face through a heat exchanger and concurrently enables improvement of flexibility of arrangement layout of other devices disposed in the engine room.SOLUTION: An electric device cooling structure 1 of a vehicle according to the invention includes: a heat exchanger 5 disposed at the rear side of an outer air intake opening 41 of a front bumper face 4; and an electric device 3 disposed in an engine room 2 and having heat radiation fins 3b. The electric device 3 is disposed at a position located at the outer side of a front side frame 8 in a vehicle width direction and at the lateral side of the heat exchanger 5.
