To stabilize cooling performance of an electric device disposed in a vehicle cabin of a small vehicle.SOLUTION: A DC/DC converter serving as an electric device is disposed at the vehicle lower side of a front passenger seat and has a device body 11 and a cover member. The device body 11 is disposed offset to one side relative to a longitudinal center of the cover member at the inner side of the cover member, and a space S located adjacent to the device body 11 is provided at the inner side of the cover member on the other longitudinal side. A suction fan 18 which suctions air outside the cover member is provided at an upper part of the device body 11, and the device body 11 exhausts air into the space S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
