To reduce influence on vehicle occupants and on surrounding traffic when passing an obstacle present on a traveling road.SOLUTION: An automatic operation control device (10) mounted and used in a vehicle comprises: a traveling road specifying unit (12) that specifies an intended traveling road for the vehicle; an obstacle specifying unit (13) that specifies whether an obstacle present on the intended traveling road is a passage allowing obstacle of type set in advance that the obstacle is allowed to be passed in contact or a passage non-allowing obstacle of type set in advance that the obstacle is not allowed to be passed in contact; and a control instruction unit (11) by which an operation control device (200) that controls operation of the vehicle by controlling at least one of the vehicle speed and steering is instructed to exert control. In a case where an obstacle present on an intended traveling road is specified that it is allowed to be passed, the control instruction unit gives an instruction to exert control so as to pass the obstacle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】走路上に存在する障害物を越える際に乗員および周辺の交通に与える影響を抑制する。【解決手段】車両に搭載されて用いられる自動運転制御装置(10)は、車両の走行予定走路を特定する走路特定部(12)と、走行予定走路に存在する障害物が接触して通過してもよい障害物であると予め設定された種類の通過容認障害物と、接触して通過してはならない障害物であると予め設定された種類の通過非容認障害物とのうちのいずれであるかを特定する障害物特定部(13)と、車両の速度と操舵とのうちの少なくとも一方の制御を行うことにより車両の動作を制御する動作制御装置(200)に対し制御を指示する制御指示部(11)と、を備え、制御指示部は、走行予定走路に存在する障害物が通過容認障害物であると特定された場合に、障害物を通過するように制御を指示する。【選択図】図1
