To suppress transmission of vibration transmitted to a rod from a tire and the like, to a vehicle body in a state that a large control force in a rod axial direction is applied to the rod of an active damper, and to suppress bulkiness.SOLUTION: An upper mount for an active damper includes an inner member 11 to which an upper end portion of a rod 22 of the active damper is fixed, an intermediate member 12 surrounding the inner member, an outer member 13 surrounding the intermediate member in the circumferential direction and mounted at a vehicle body side, a first elastic body 14 relatively elastically displaceably supporting the inner member and the intermediate member, and a second elastic body 15 relatively elastically displaceably supporting the intermediate member and the outer member. The second elastic body is formed into the cylindrical shape having a length in the rod axial direction larger than a radial thickness, and externally fitted to a main body cylinder 16 of the intermediate member slidably in the rod axial direction, and a lubricant is disposed between an inner peripheral face of the second elastic body and an outer peripheral face of the main body cylinder. The outer member includes a surrounding cylinder 26 which is extended in a rod axial direction, and surrounds the main body cylinder from a radial outer side, and to which the second elastic body is adhered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
