To suppress transmission of vibration transmitted to a rod from a tire and the like, to a vehicle body in a state that a large control force in a rod axial direction is applied to the rod of an active damper, and to suppress bulkiness.SOLUTION: An upper mount for an active damper includes an inner member 11, an intermediate member 12, an outer member 13, a first elastic body 14, and a second elastic body 15, and the second elastic body is formed into the cylindrical shape having a length in a direction of a rod axis O larger than a radial thickness, and externally fitted to a main body cylinder 16 of the intermediate member slidably in the rod axial direction. An annular groove 37 to which a lower end portion of the second elastic body is inserted, is formed on a top face of a receiving plate 18 of the intermediate member, at least an annular projection positioned at an uppermost part among the plurality of annular projections 28, is positioned above the annular groove in a state that an upper end portion of a rod 22 is fixed to the inner member, and the outer member is mounted at a vehicle body side, and an outer end edge in a radial direction, of the annular projection is positioned at a radial outer side with respect to an outer peripheral face facing a radial inner side, of an inner face of the annular groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
