To allow for accurately computing velocity in various environments by using a GNSS receiver and external sensor.SOLUTION: A velocity computation device computes velocity of a mobile vehicle using an output of a detection device for detecting objects, and also computes velocity of the mobile vehicle using signals received from satellites.
