To properly measure an aircraft position without depending on an external signal.SOLUTION: A position measurement system 100 is constituted by containing an unmanned aircraft 10 and an artificial satellite 20 flying a known track. A reflector 21 for making a laser beam reflect in the incoming direction is mounted on the artificial satellite 20, and a laser ranging angle measurement device 13 for emitting the laser beam and measuring an azimuth and distance of the artificial satellite 20 when viewed from the unmanned aircraft 10 is mounted on the unmanned aircraft 10. A control unit 19 of the unmanned aircraft 10 acquires an absolute position of the artificial satellite 20, and calculates the position of the unmanned aircraft 10, based on the acquired absolute position of the artificial satellite 20, and the azimuth and distance of the artificial satellite 20 measured by the laser ranging angle measurement device 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
