To provide a safety management system, method, and program capable of rapidly and correctly confirming safety of a worker without increasing a load on the worker.SOLUTION: A safety management system 10 is the system for remotely managing safety of workers and includes a safety management server 20 and a portable terminals 30 to be carried by a worker A. The safety management server performs predetermined abnormality-time processing when an abnormality occurs in a worker. When predetermined response voice replied by a worker is not acquired after confirmation voice to confirm safety of a worker is output, the portable terminal issues information to notify the safety management server of an abnormality, which indicates occurrence of an abnormality in the worker A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】作業者の負担を増加させることなく、作業者の安否を迅速かつ正確に確認することが可能な安否管理システム、方法、及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】安否管理システム10は、作業者の安否を遠隔管理するシステムであって、安否管理サーバー20と、作業者Aが携帯する携帯端末30とを備える。安否管理サーバーは、作業者に異常が発生した場合に、所定の異常時処理を実行するように構成されている。携帯端末は、作業者の安否を確認するための確認音声を出力した後、作業者の応答による所定の応答音声が取得されない場合に、作業者Aに異常が発生したものとして安否管理サーバーに異常を知らせる情報を発報するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
