The pedestal projection portion and the tip projection portion are pointed toward the axial outer side, the pedestal projection portion is positioned on a radial inner end portion, and includes an inner surface 35 extended from an internal member side toward an axial outer side, and an outer surface 36 gradually extended toward the axial inner side from an axial outer end portion toward a radial outer side on the inner surface, an inclination angle θ1 to a horizontal line L1 orthogonal to a center axis O, of the outer surface is smaller than an inclination angle θ2 of the inner surface, and the tip projection portion is disposed on the outer surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
