To provide an air conditioner for a fuel cell vehicle having excellent energy efficiency.SOLUTION: A fuel cell vehicle comprises: a heater core 42 configured to heat air in a vehicle cabin by using, as a heat source, cooling water discharged from an FC stack 22 cooled with cooling water circulating in an FC cooling circuit 20 and a heater circuit 40; a water heating heater 46 provided between the FC stack 22 and the heater core 42 and configured to heat the cooling water; an air heating heater configured to further heat the air warmed by the heater core 42; and a vehicle ECU 12 configured to, in a case where a heater core outlet water temperature Tbased on a target blowout temperature (TAO) is equal to or higher than an FC stack inlet target temperature TFCO, perform control such that the air heating heater is actuated with an output set based on the heater core outlet water temperature T, and also the water heating heater 46 is actuated with an output set based on a heater core inlet target water temperature THCO' used in the actuation of the air heating heater, calculated according to the set output of the air heating heater.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
