To improve the efficiency of heating by a fuel cell stack and increase a travel distance.SOLUTION: An air conditioner of a fuel cell vehicle comprises: a heater core 30 which circulates a heat medium from a fuel cell stack 10 and performs heating by the heat exchange with the air; and a control unit 40 which calculates a travel resistance when traveling on a road on the basis of the road state affecting the travel resistance generated when a vehicle travels and the environment state, and controls the heat exchange in the heater core 30 on the basis of the calculated travel resistance. The control unit 40 restricts the operation for the heating that utilizes waste heat of the fuel cell stack 10 when the travel resistance is equal to or greater than a prescribed level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
