To provide a braking device capable of improving energy utilization efficiency during regenerative cooperation of a front-wheel drive vehicle and improving stabilization of vehicle behavior.SOLUTION: A vehicular braking device includes: a first hydraulic braking (38a) of a front wheel (RF); a second hydraulic braking (38b) of a rear wheel (LR); and a regeneration brake for generating regenerative brake force by converting kinetic energy of the front wheel (RF). The vehicular braking device capable of distributing brake force to hydraulic braking force and regenerative brake force is configured to: hold a second pressure reduction valve (54ba) in a valve closing status; hold a first pressure reduction valve (54aa) and a second regulating valve (58ba) in the valve closing status; and regulate a flow quantity of brake fluid to a side of a first hydraulic braking (38a) by a first regulating valve (58aa) to regulate hydraulic braking force of the rear wheel (LR).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
