To solve a problem that, in a prior art, it has been difficult to accurately measure a shape of a hole part due to a variation of measurement points when measuring the hole part which is protrusively formed at a vehicle panel.SOLUTION: This hole part shape measurement inspection instrument 10 comprises a measurement pin 11. The measurement pin 11 mainly has: an inclination face 15 locked to a hole part 14; a first measurement face 16 for measuring an outside diameter φ1 of the hole part 14; a measurement columnar part 17 for measuring a center position C of the hole part 14; and a second measurement face 18 being an external peripheral face of the measurement columnar part 17. By this structure, a variation of measurement points is eliminated by measuring a flat face 11C of the measurement pin 11 which is substantially parallel with a main face 13A of a vehicle panel 13 being one of measurement objects, and a shape of the hole part 14 can be accurately determined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来では、車両用パネルに穿設された孔部を測定する際に、測定箇所のばらつきにより精度良く穴部の形状を測定し難いという問題があった。【解決手段】本発明の穴部形状の測定検具10は、測定ピン11を備え、測定ピン11は、主に、穴部14に係止される傾斜面15と、穴部14の外径φ1を測定するための第1の測定面16と、穴部14の中心位置Cを測定するための測定柱状部17及び測定柱状部17の外周面である第2の測定面18と、を有している。この構造により、測定対象物の1つである車両用パネル13の主面13Aと略平行となる測定ピン11の平坦面11Cを測定することで、測定箇所のばらつきが無くなり、精度良く穴部14の形状を判定することができる。【選択図】図1
