To provide a driving force transmission device which suppresses an increase in weight and size.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a driving force transmission device includes an electric motor with an output shaft arranged on a shaft on which a shaft center is different between an input shaft and an output shaft of a transmission, a first driving force transmission path for performing power transmission between the electric motor and the input shaft of the transmission, a second driving force transmission path for performing power transmission between the output shaft of the transmission and the electric motor, a first clutch provided on the first driving force transmission path, and a second clutch provided on the second driving force transmission path. In a power running mode for transmitting power from the electric motor to the input shaft of the transmission, the first clutch is closed and the second clutch is released, and in a regeneration mode for transmitting power from the output shaft of the transmission to the electric motor, the first clutch is released and the second clutch is closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
