To reproduce a tire outer surface shape with high accuracy and simply and execute ground analysis in pneumatic tire simulation device, simulation method, and program.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire simulation device 1 comprises: a FEM modeling part 41 which acquires a tire FEM model such that a tire having an outer surface shape corresponding to an inner surface shape of a vulcanization molding metal mold is divided into plural elements; a bead ring interval change part 43 which deforms so as to change a bead ring interval of the tire FEM model; a rim assembly analysis part 44 which reproduces a rim-assembled state with respect to the tire FEM model in which the bead ring interval is changed; and ground analysis part 45 which executes ground analysis which has reproduced a grounded state of the rim-assembled tire FEM model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
